Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Moshion (“the Service”) is operated by Superdesk Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Service is a web-based platform that generates animated infographic videos from text descriptions using artificial intelligence. The Service produces MP4 video files containing animated charts, maps, timelines, and statistical callouts.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Union) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Credits

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each generation or refinement costs 1 credit. Exports to MP4 are free. Credits are available through:

• Subscriptions: Monthly plans that reset your credit allowance each billing cycle.
• Credit packs: One-time purchases that never expire.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at their current rate until the next renewal after the change takes effect.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Create misleading visualizations intended to deceive or defraud.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
• Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or access controls.
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided API, if any.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all rights to the text prompts you submit and the videos generated from them. You may use generated videos for any purpose, including commercial use, without attribution.

Our platform: The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and documentation, is owned by Superdesk Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate visualizations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.

We do not guarantee that generated visualizations are factually accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The Service is a creative tool, not a source of verified information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moshion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Videos you have already exported remain yours. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.

9. Analytics & Error Monitoring

We use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used and Sentry to monitor errors and performance. These services collect anonymized usage data, device information, and error reports to help us improve the Service. For details on data collection and your opt-out options, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
